I'm not sure if Fergie is aware of this, but the only people who are allowed to wear that outfit are rodeo clowns and people who dress up on Halloween. I checked all the pictures to try and find a bull in the background, and I know it's not Halloween, so she really is this disgusting. But it would be nice if a bull did chase this bitch down. Anything could improve her face from her spray paint makeup.
